ALD 2008 Registration Fees **

The Introductory Course & Certification is a pre-conference program. See Certification page for fees which do not include conference registration fees.

* Registration Fees do NOT include the President's Dinner

** The above registration rates include a 30% discount for staying at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort San Diego, our host hotel. If you are not staying at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort San Diego ALD will charge you an additional 30% registration fee.

Onsite Registrations

* 2007 members who register at member rates must pay 2008 dues by January 15, 2008 to qualify for member conference registration rates. New members may pay their 2008 dues at the same time conference registration is completed to apply for the membership rates.

** Auxiliary/dental staff includes hygienist, dental assistants, office managers and other doctor dental office staff. Auxiliary/dental staff who attend with a member doctor may register at member registration rate. Staff who attend on their own must be an associate member to qualify for member rates.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing. For written cancellations received before Feburary 1, 2008, a refund will be issued less $150 administrative fee.  No refunds will be issued after February 1, 2008.

Deadlines

Form and payment must be received by March 1st, 2008 to qualify for pre-registration rates. On-site registration will include an additional surcharge.
